No Problem Mug

Why is it called No Problem Mug? 


This is a response to Question Mug. In Cantonese, Question is 有問題, No Problem is 冇問題. The meaning of Question and No Problem is opposite but in Chinese character, there is only tiny difference (the difference is only two strokes).
