Sakura (Cherry Blossoms) is another iconic example of Wabi Sabi.* There are different kinds of pink flowers which look similar, such as cherry, peach and plum. The blooming season of Sakura is generally the shortest, generally it is from late March to early April in Japan. It perfectly demonstrates the essence of transience and impermanence.

Once in a Lifetime is the key message in the Sakura series. Many things only happen once in our life, it is important to realize this and seize the day to experience every moment.
